Dear Friends and Family,

This holiday season I’m raising $5,000 to help grant wishes and bring hope, strength and joy to the kids of Central & South Texas by giving you the opportunity to give a gift that makes a difference.

Please click the ‘Donate’ button below.
Tell us if you want to make this a tribute or gift so that we may let the recipient know.

Make-A-Wish Central & South Texas has the opportunity to grant 40 extra wishes this year with our help. So when planning your end-of-year giving, please consider giving a gift that changes a life.

Your donation will help make a lasting impact for kids facing life-threatening medical conditions…kids like Harley.

Harley's story
Harley's diagnosis of optic glioma at age 5
came with challenges that seemed impossible to overcome. He knew that he would lose his sight and, before that happened, he wanted to see the Northern Lights and experience snow. He saw the lights and so much more. He met with the preeminent Aurora Borealis scholar, Dr. Brown, took a dogsled tour, frolicked at an international ice-sculpture championship where they drank from ice martini glasses... and he played in "deep" snow. Now age 17, Harley has inspired many by achieving far more than do many people who can see; he is looking forward to studying nanotechnology at U.C. Berkeley. His parents have said, "the wish experience continues to inspire and bring us strength as we continue Harley's treatments." The family annually raises money for charity with an ice-skating party at the Barton Creek Country Club Holiday Lights & Ice event.

What is the true power of a wish?  It is a child who can dream big and look forward to it coming true; a donor, whose financial support makes possible the healing power of hope and joy; a community that stands together to do whatever it takes to grant a wish like Harley's – a wish that continues to provide strength to him and his family…then, now, and forever.

Please help by contributing any amount you can - $50, $100, $200 or even more. Every dollar you donate can help Make-A-Wish kids renew their courage and find a turning point in their lives.

Thank you for your support!

Madeline's Make-A-Wish Story
To my little superheros Madeline and Godric. Make-A-Wish had the most profound effect on our family. Madeline received he wish 2 years ago to go to Walt Disney World and it came at a time that was really needed for all of us. Madeline had been going through lots of treatments and her little brother Godric was also on a roller coaster of treatments. Her wish gave us all a week away from hospitals, doctors, needles, blood work, etc..... And with all the prayers and support our entire family was able to enjoy a wonderful week. God has truly blessed us with our relationship with Make-A-Wish,
Madeline loves being involved whenever she can and I have been asked and have taken a position on the board to help assist this wonderful life changing organization.
We also just found out last week that Godric has been approved for his wish so now the planning starts.
