  "He's my miracle child."

By the time Trystan became a teenager, he's had three heart surgeries and countless procedures. In 10 to 20 years, he’ll need a new heart. Despite it all, Trystan remains upbeat. His mom calls him her miracle child. Soon, his wish to go to Hawaii will come true because of generous supporters like you. KATU-TV was there as he and his family celebrated the wish and talked about what he looks forward to the most about the trip. WATCH his story.

  Celebrate a Season of Wishes®

sow5.jpgFor children who’ve endured far too much at such early ages, the joy of a wish experience can bring them hope. You can help grant a child’s wish this holiday season by taking part in the Season of Wishes campaign. Make-A-Wish® Oregon has teamed up with dozens of businesses in Oregon and Clark County, Washington to offer you exclusive deals and promotions to raise funds for local wishes. Visit oregon.wish.org/seasonofwishes for a complete list of promotions and events that benefit local wish kids and help celebrate a Season of Wishes.

  Give a gift that counts

Ellie_bon voyage signGive new reasons to celebrate the new year by changing the life of a child who is living with a life-threatening medical condition. More than 200 local kids are waiting for their wishes to be granted right now. Through the end of the year, you can impact and inspire local children to reach for their one true wish by donating to Make-A-Wish Oregon. Remember that gifts made before December 31 can generate income tax deductions that could help reduce your income tax bill.
